    You may not have thought of going to Oludeniz, Turkey for a vacation but maybe you should, they have some of the best and actually they are the most photographed beaches in the world. Oludeniz‘s beaches run a close second to the Istanbul skyline but they have earned a reputation all their own. The beaches in this town are on travel agents posters promoting Turkey as a vacation spot. You may have also seen pictures on postcards, posters and brochures that is how popular they are. The beaches are white sand and the water is a beautiful Turquoise color.

There are many restaurants, hotels and bars on these beaches. You get the independent travels and the package travels. You get a mixture in ages that come here for a vacation. The one thing they have in common is that they all came to Oludeniz for a good time. In the summer the town is packed with tourists. Here is a tip if you are coming in the height of the summer then you may want to plan a package vacation because the rooms get filled up very quickly. If the hotel rooms are full you could always try the low end rooms and campgrounds.

There is so much to do there that you will regret spending all your time at the beach. They have the best boat trips the company to see is called Efteyta; the Fly Inn Café is a paragliding hangout with great food. There is a National Park with a blue lagoon and white sand beaches it is called Okundeniz.

You can stay at one of the great hotels in the area, some of the best are the Club Belcekiz, Karbel Hotel, Montana Pine Resort, Lykia World Residence, Karbel Beach Hotel, The Mellis Beach, Taner, Hotel Asena Beach and the Alize Hotel. Lykia World Village, Hotel Meri, Paradise Garden Hotel, Belcehan Beach Hotel, Mountain Valley Apartments and Villas.

Remember when traveling abroad that they may have certain customs that you may need to follow to get into the country. Call ahead to the airlines and see if they have any special travel restrictions. They may due in part to September 11, 2001. Follow all the rules and restrictions coming into and coming out of the country.

When you are traveling to a foreign city keep all of your personal property on you at all times. Always be aware of your surroundings especially at night and never meet anyone in your hotel room, always meet them in a public place and always go with a group of friends. Don’t go anywhere alone. You want to be safe and have a great time especially in one of the most beautiful cities with the most beautiful beaches in the world. As beautiful as Oludeniz is keep in mind it is a foreign city and have fun but be aware and be safe.
