Kemer is another seaside resort in the Province of Antalya, Turkey which lies along the Gulf of Antalya along the Mediterranean Sea right near the Taurus Mountains. This resort town is located about 40 km from the city itself of Antalya. The population of Kemer is only about 10,000 maybe a little more. The towns of Kemer along with these coastal areas are very important to the Turkish tourism industry. Areas like Kiris, Tekirova, Cayova, Aslanbucak, Kuzdere, Beycik, Camyuva, Goynuk, Beldibi and Cirali.
One of most attractive things about Kemer is the natural Beauty. The sea, woods and the mountains all flow together to bring about a gorgeous scenery. The actual shore line starts from Beldibi to Tekirova is simply group of natural beaches that have both small and large natural bays along the shoreline. Kemer continues to grow over the years due largely in part to tourism investments which include a huge bed capacity on the Antalya region.
Transportation being made easy to access and with the availability of every type of communication service. Along with the municipalital services has contributed to the growth of Kemer into a great comfortable and very peaceful vacation location and with the growth of the city , it has been quickly earning the reputation of being a great vacation spot.
The town itself is very cheerful and friendly as well as happening. It has clubs, bars and restaurants. It’s surrounding environment being so beautiful and all has made Kemer a popular tourist attraction for people from Germany, Netherlands and Russia. With so many tourists from that location the Euro currency is preferred. They do get tourists from all around the world but predominately from these areas because it is cheaper for them.
